Ward F. (Fred) Hoppe is a resident of Lincoln, Nebraska, and is a member at The Hoppe Law Firm, LLC. He concentrates his practice in the area of real estate agency, transactions and development.

Mr. Hoppe owns and manages Hoppe Homes, LP, and, as a builder and developer of affordable and low income tax credit housing, is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP). Mr. Hoppe is also President of Hoppe, Inc., a real estate ownership, operation and development company. Mr. Hoppe has participated in all facets of the development of low income housing tax credit projects: application, syndication, construction, operation and management. He currently has an interest in ten such projects. The projects are both single and multi-family.

He is a member of the Central Nebraska Home Builders Association and a member and current President of the Home Builders Association of Lincoln, Nebraska. Mr. Hoppe is active in the National Home Builders Association as a director from Central Nebraska and for 2005 and 2006 as a National Vice President serving area 11 (Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma). He is on the Legal Affairs Committee, is a Commercial Builders Council Trustee and has formerly been a Multifamily Trustee. He is a past President of the Nebraska State Homebuilders Association.

Mr. Hoppe is a founding and current director of Nebraska Housing Resource, a non-profit corporation which develops affordable lots and opportunities for low-income persons to obtain affordable housing. NHR cooperates with the City of Lincoln and Nebraska Department of Economic development to provide program financing for affordable home ownership.
