Susan M. Napolitano graduated from University of Nebraska College of Law in 2006, where she was a member of The Nebraska Law Review. Her main areas of practice combine both litigation and transactional work, including commercial property law, defense of real estate licensees, banking law and defense of financial institutions, businesses law, employment and benefits law, compliance, estate planning and probate, construction law, church and non-profit entity law, landlord tenant law, and real property dispute litigation.
Susan serves as a board member and volunteer for Lincoln/Lancaster County Habitat for Humanity and sits on the Lincoln/Lancaster County Condemnation Board. She is an alumna of in the Leadership Lincoln program and is a member of
